For those of you who use paratransit services or accessible taxi services, are there technologies that would help to improve your experience (i.e., being able to track where the vehicle is and how long it will be before it arrives, being able to reserve and accessible taxi cab in another city, etc. while on travel)?
Not everyone will have access to smartphones or new technology gadgets. Would it be better to have kiosks with big displays at street corners, shopping malls etc to allow ubiquitous access to connected services?
