Use the HTML5 Geolocation API to allow easier, one-button push notification to send a location from a smartphone to a van or bus. http://dev.w3.org/geo/api/spec-source.html I would like to claim this idea as my own, but its origin is actually based on a request from a friend with multiple disabilities to find a way to send out geolocation information in event of an emergency, such as being trapped in a fire. He was looking for a way to push a button and send out the information. As he has mobility, vision, and dexterity problems, the one-button push from his smart-phone made a lot of sense. That same capability could make it much easier for those with disabilities to fill out a form with location information, rather than forcing them to fill out multiple fields in a form in order to make arrangements for transportation.
