Increase the lift capacity on buses to 1000lbs

As of right now the minimum weight capacity for lifts on busses and other accessible vehicles is set at 650 lbs. Back when they came up with that amount everyone had manual wheelchairs and 650lbs was very adequate. Today however most people have power wheelchairs and some of those have a minimum weight of 4 to 5 hundred pounds. This is a country that has more then a few people that are considered over weight so if you have a power chair and a healthy or unhealthy appetite you and your chair are not able to use most public forms of transportation. The simple solution is to make the minimum weight limit on lifts 1000 lbs.
