Electronic Systems to Access Transportation Leaves Some Out

Simply, total dependence on electronic systems for signing up for transportation options themselves cuts out those of us who do not have cellphones, iphones or other electronic access. I have a computer at work, but cannot afford any electronic access at home, as the machines cost more than I can spend. I have disabilities, and a lower-than-middle-class income, and I have three dependents. I get to walk or use regular Metro or regular bus when I need to go anywhere, including (and most challengingly) the grocery store.
